On March 30, 2018, under the leadership of the chairman, Mr. Xu Ying, the R&D Department of the company went to Anhui Wanyi Technology Co., Ltd. for study and investigation.

After arriving in Hefei, Wanyi Company arranged vehicles to pick us up. After meeting with the driver, he found that although he was going out to work, the driver wore their work clothes and the company's badge, which made him feel fresh and formal, and the company's image was good. After arriving at Wanyi, I saw that the company was clean and orderly.

When visiting their production workshop, I found that their control over the production process was in place. Wanyi has many product lines, but the flow of each process in the production link is very smooth. During the operation, everyone has a work instruction, and the quality control process card is clamped on the instrument at the same time, so that you can trace back to a problem link at any time. In the production process of instruments and meters, they operate according to the requirements of 6S in real time, so that they will not appear dirty and messy in the production process. Only the tools and devices currently needed will be placed on the desktop. For employees who enter the production site, their mobile phones are stored outside the site, and the production workshop is not allowed to take photos and videos. The leaders of each department are strictly responsible for their own departments. Even the senior leaders of enterprises need to take the lead in complying with the rules and regulations.

For the control of product quality, they have a system of layer by layer inspection or spot check, in process inspection, ex factory inspection, etc., and can be traced. If traced, relevant personnel will be severely punished, which will directly affect the performance bonus of the month and department performance. In the process of inspection, quality inspectors have not only the content to be inspected, but also the ruler for inspection judgment, that is, they know what aspects I should inspect, how I should inspect, and what I know to be qualified. Therefore, the R&D department needs to provide quality inspectors with corresponding inspection procedures. In addition, in terms of product quality control, they not only control from the production process, but also from the source of raw materials. They use more materials from large factories and brands, more common devices, etc., and have relatively complete assessment systems for suppliers.

Management, including sales, technical services, administrative departments are also relatively reasonable. The sales team is divided into six regions. The sales manager of each region is responsible for the sales business in this region, and the after-sales service is responsible for the sales department, but not directly under the sales management.

The R&D team of Wanyi accounts for about 30% of the total personnel of their company, and there are relatively many R&D personnel. They divide R&D personnel into mechanical structure department, software department and other departments, which are uniformly dispatched by the product manager. According to specific product development needs, various R&D departments coordinate and communicate with each other to carry out product research and development. The R&D personnel cooperate with each other and communicate effectively. The product manager is responsible for the specific R&D products. The leaders of each R&D department are directly responsible for the product manager. In this way, the product manager can know the product progress at a glance and can trace the product R&D process.
