The gas thermal measurement system with modular mechanism is adopted. As an independent module, the analyzer can be replaced on site. The establishment of the analysis system meets the extremely strict requirements for continuous online monitoring of emissions. The system can measure up to 14 infrared gases (CO, NO, NO2, SO2, HCl, NH3, H2O, CO2, N2O, HF, CH4) continuously and by extraction. The system has high reliability, long operation time and low maintenance frequency.

The system adopts the alternating flow modulation type non dispersive infrared absorption technology, and uses the infrared absorption characteristics of CO and CO2 to detect the concentration of CO and CO2. The detector unit includes the following parts: infrared light source, detection cell, microwave detector and solenoid valve for alternate switching. Switch the sample gas and reference gas at 1Hz frequency (0.5s) through the solenoid valve. The difference of the infrared absorption of the sample gas and reference gas is amplified as the concentration signal. The system uses the AS interference compensation detector to eliminate the interference of other components, so as to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results. At the same time, the system can simultaneously measure S02, NOx and other parameters.

The system measures the concentration of CO2, CO and other gases. Based on the non dispersive infrared photoelectric (NDIR) detection technology and the independently designed gas absorption cell with long optical path multiple reflections, the high-precision signal processing unit completes the quantitative analysis of gas in the infrared band. It has the characteristics of high precision, good stability and fast response time. Optical testing belongs to continuous nondestructive testing, which can better obtain continuous data without consumables and has lower comprehensive use cost.

The SBF800 soot meter is a soot measuring instrument with advanced optical measurement technology. The dilution heating probe and the measuring unit are integrated together. The design is compact and the sample gas transmission route is short. Dilution heating can quickly heat the wet flue gas into dry flue gas, which is suitable for various temperature and humidity working conditions. The dilution sampling system can set the dilution ratio according to the particle concentration under working conditions, so as to improve the measurement accuracy.
