Tianjin SDIC Jinneng Power Generation Co., Ltd. (Beijiang Power Plant Bar) was established in March 2004, and was jointly funded by the National Development and Investment Corporation, Tianjin Jinneng Investment Corporation and Tianjin Changlu Hangu Salt Farm Co., Ltd. at the proportions of 64%, 34% and 2% respectively. Planning and Construction 4 × 1000MW coal-fired power generation ultra supercritical unit and 400000 t/d seawater desalination unit. On October 27, 2005, the National Development and Reform Commission and other six ministries and commissions jointly issued a document listing Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant as a national pilot unit of circular economy. The project is constructed in two phases, leaving room for expansion in three phases. Phase I project construction 2 × The 1000MW generator unit and 200000 t/d seawater desalination unit were approved by the National Development and Reform Commission on May 10, 2007. The three main engines of the power generation project are manufactured by Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd., and the seawater desalination equipment is supplied by Israel IDE, with a total investment of about 12.3 billion yuan. It is planned to put a generator set and supporting seawater desalination device into operation in 2009, and the first phase of the project will be completed and put into operation in 2010.

Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant is located between Dashentang Village and Shuangqiaozi Village in Hanguying Town, covering an area of 2.2 square kilometers, with a total investment of 26 billion yuan. It will use the world's advanced "ultra supercritical power generation technology" with high parameters, large capacity, high efficiency and low pollution to build four 1 million kilowatt clean coal-fired power generation units, which is also the first time that a million kilowatt ultra supercritical unit has been used in China. At the same time, it will also be equipped with a series of high-tech facilities such as floodplain water intake and seawater cooling tower. Beijiang Power Plant adopts the "power generation - seawater desalination - concentrated seawater salt production - land conservation and consolidation - waste recycling model". The National Development and Reform Commission's Macroeconomic Research Institute, after review, believes that the project conforms to the "3R" principle of circular economy, namely, the requirements of reduction, reuse and recycling. It is a typical circular economy project and ecological project that maximizes resource utilization, minimizes waste discharge and optimizes economic benefits. After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual additional power generation will be 11 billion kWh; Increase the output of raw salt by 450000 tons/year, which is equivalent to saving 22 square kilometers of salt field land; Production of bromine, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate and other chemical products in short supply market is about 60000 tons/year; In addition, the calcium carbide waste residue produced by Tianjin Chemical Plant can be digested through the comprehensive utilization of power plant fly ash, which can effectively improve the environment of Hangu District.

We, Shanghai Beifen Technology Co., Ltd., provided two sets of SBF800 ultra-low emission and low concentration dust meters to Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant around September 2015.
